Abode Air Install Issues (Vista 32-Bit)

Hello,

I have been trying to download Adobe Air 3 and keep getting this message. However, nothing else is downloading and there are no other applications open at the time of installation:

Try restarting Windows, then run the installer again before starting anything else.
