Ad hoc build for Ipad.....still publishing

Dear developers, I finally got all the things needed to begin testing on an IPad (D-U-N-S number, apple calling me to confirm I am who I say I am, the IPad itself) and tried to publish using flash pro cs6 directly to the ipad tonight.  Normally, when I publish an android file (of which I then drag and drop into the tablet file folder), it takes a few minutes.  So far, it has been close to 25 minutes and it seems stuck on the publishing part.  It just says Publishing.

ITunes is turned on.  The Ipad is plugged in via USB.

I chose Deployment - ad hoc and post publishing option install on the ioS device.

I think I correctly made the p12 file.  Any ideas?

Is there anything I need to do on the Ipad end?
