For future reference. The pattern has been major releases are released every 3 months and on the second Tuesday of that month.

There is no way to be certain, but AIR updates in labs tend to be every couple of weeks. I would expect there to be an update either today or maybe middle of next week.

AIR 27 hasn't been around very long, so it seems a little early for it to be released. You can use the beta for products that you're working on. I successfully submitted an update to Apple a couple of days ago that was using the 104 build of AIR 27.
