Adobe Air Adobe Air.framework is damaged and can't be opened

Hi, my mac is coming up with a error message and not letting me open things using Adobe Air can you help please? Adobe Air.framework is damaged and can't be opened is the error message. I've already tried the advice on here and it still doesn't work.  Ive been using Adobe Air for years with no problem on the same computer and now its states this error message. can anyone help please
