ADOBE AIR - APPLICATION DESCRIPTOR NOT FOUND (windows 8.1)

Hello,

After setting up my PC hardrive from factory setting, I am finding that ADOBE AIR will not open.

I have the error message 'APPLICATION DESCRIPTOR NOT FOUND' when I try to open my LEVONO HELP CENTER to run a system test on my laptop.

I have tried to roll back to a previous AIR version, but this does not work.

I have tried to search the forums on the net for a solution but nothing found so far, including YOU TUBE help videos.

Is there anyone who can tell me from DOBE what the problem might be and what steps I can use to try and fix.
