Adobe AIR beta .22 performance with video shutters and slow

I wanted to bring this to Adobe's attention:

I am assuming this broke due to the:

Android - Video Pipeline Changes in AIR .22

In our case when we do other operation (add remove child) and changing images the video will hang for a seconds, as if it is running on CPU.
