Adobe AIR Desktop - Package AIR not available

Hi,

I'm not used to Animate CC (I usually use Flashdevelop) but for a specific project I have to use it to package a Desktop AIR app.

I don't know why but the "package AIR option" is not available. Is there something I missed?

I'm using the AIR 23 SDK.

It's because you are using ANEs. Those are usually compatible with a certain version of AIR, and if you do just an AIR package you're relying on the user to have installed the right version of AIR. There may be other technical reasons why it's required to use embedded runtime when using ANEs.

    Good tips, I thought the ANE were actually ignored if not compatible but apparently not
