Adobe AIR.framework is damaged

Currently - macOS Catalina Version 10.15.3

I've used sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine/Library/Frameworks/Adobe/AIR.framework in the terminal, but I still get the same, "Adobe AIR.framework is damaged," message.  I'm trying to download so that I can download Scratch to begin learning coding.  My knowledge is very little right now.  I appreciate any and all help!
