“Adobe AIR.framework” is damaged and can’t be opened.

“Adobe AIR.framework” is damaged and can’t be opened.  I just installed it on my Mac running Catalina version 10.15.5.  I am trying to use an older version of Long Tail Pro Keyword Finder that needs Adobe Air.
