Adobe Air install

When I try to install version 26.0.0.118 I get this message An error has occurred while installing Adobe Air. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator. I am the administrator. I tried to run it as administrator no luck. Any ideas?

Hi,

Could you go to "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories" and run the Program Compatibility troubleshooter and select Adobe AIR and run the same.

Also, you can follow the steps mentioned on Troubleshoot installation of Adobe AIR SDK on Windows page to resolve installation issues. If you still see any problems, share the log files. To get the location of log files you can go through Troubleshoot installation of Adobe AIR SDK on Windows.

When I went to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories Adobe Air is not there. How do I upload my log file?
