Adobe AIR installation fails

I've been trying to install Adobe AIR on one of our users computers, but it keeps failing installation.

While installing, it gives a prompt saying

"An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator"

I've tried a few things already, but I just can't get it to work.

Hope someone can help me.
