Adobe AIR Installer does not open on Mac OS El Capitan

I am using old iMac with OS X El Capitan (ver 10.11.6). Too old to upgrade an OS.

after downloading AIR runtime - version 33.1.1.385, Adobe AIR Installer does not open.

No error/comments is displayed.

is AIR runtime - version 33.1.1.385 compatible with OS X 10.11.06 ?

Where I can find list of versions supported?

Or any idea how to install Adobe AIR on El Capitan ?

I have exactly same issue as yours. I guess that we have similiar purpose -> you are trying to use e-deklaracje as I am ?
