Adobe AIR Issues

Question

I have a MacBook Pro and when I download it, I click where it downloaded to, open it up, and click to install it. But then it comes up saying,

"This application requires a version of Adobe AIR which cannot be found.

Please download the latest version of the runtime from

or contact the application author for an updated version."

Which doesn't make sense since I'm attempting to download it...

Could you try deleting the following folder, then try again?

/Library/Frameworks/Adobe AIR.framework

If that fails, we'll need to get your install log to troubleshoot further.
