Adobe Air Notifications

There are no Adobe Air applications on my PC and Adobe Air is not installed on it. However, every 12 hours Adobe Air pops up saying an application requires Adobe Air and to download and install it.

Again, I have no applcations that require Adobe Air and I do not want it on my PC. How do I stop the Adobe Air notification from popping up every 12 hours?
