Adobe Air on Mac update fails

I'm trying to update Adobe Air on a Mac from 19.0.0.213 to 20.0.0.204. The install hangs with the last thing logged being:

Adobe AIR Installer[1014]: !!! BUG: The current event queue and the main event queue are not the same. Events will not be handled correctly. This is probably because _TSGetMainThread was called for the first time off the main thread.

Anyone else having the same problem with this version?

Hi,

Which Mac OS you are using? We are facing this issue intermittently on Mac10.11 and following up with Apple for the same.

The installation hangs with the following when updating Adobe AIR on a Mac OS X 10.11 from 20.0.0.204 to 20.0.0.260:

Adobe AIR/Adobe AIR Installer.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe AIR Installer -silent -eulaAccepted

Adobe AIR Installer[44928:132516] !!! BUG: The current event queue and the main event queue are not the same. Events will not be handled correctly. This is probably because _TSGetMainThread was called for the first time off the main thread.

I did the following steps:

1. Uninstall Adobe AIR 20.0.0.204

2. Reinstall Adobe AIR 20.0.0.204

3. Update Adobe AIR on a Mac from 20.0.0.204 to 20.0.0.260

And getting the following:

Updating to 20.0.0.260
