1. I got Java updated.
2. I removed adobe air completely and it was installed automatically as part of installation of that software.
3. The software I am using can install adobe air automatically
4. I got error message during the installation process from adobe air. Sorry, an error has occured
5. after this error message, I installed the installer file that I got from from the software website, I also updated Microsoft net framework using windows update. I also changed compatibility mode for the Application Installer to my windows version and nothing has changed.
I applied all solutions and nothing has changed. I asked other people they told me they have the same problem but they fix it using your the popular guide, but for me it didn't work out well
