Adobe Air Won't Install Program

Hello,

I am having a problem installing a software on Adobe Air. The software I am trying to install is called Longtail Platnium. I installed the 10 day trial, and it worked just fine. Then I uninstalled it and bought the full version. When I try to install the full version, it give me an "error" message. Can somebody please help me?
