I am having issues with adobe air. It just started about two weeks ago. I installed rosetta stone and can't get rosetta to run at all on my mac version 10.6.8. It says the adobe air is not a good file and to contact adminstrator. I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled. I don't know what to do and I don't know some of the language on these boards (ie. this file says, blah, blah, blah) just tell me what I need to do please

When you've reinstalled AIR (http://get.adobe.com/air) does the installer give you any errors or does it complete successfully?  Would you be willing to try installing another AIR application to verify that the AIR runtime is working properly?  If so, please download TweetDeck and double click the .air file to install.  Feel free to delete the application once you've verified that it installed and ran correctly at least once.

Thanks,

Chris

I am on the phone with someone from Adobe now and he is trying to say it isn't adobe air, but my rosetta stone application is doing exactly what everyone else is saying in the forums. It worked 2 days ago until it said there was an update to adobe air. I am extrmely frustrated especially since I am paying to be helped and he is saying pretty much too bad...
