Adobe Air won't upgrade

Question

I get the administrator won't allow install as the error message. When I try to follow the troubleshooting instructions and remove the old installation, it won't uninstall using control panel. In another post on the forum, it said to post the install log to get some help. I am running Windows 10 Creative version on an HP PC.

OK I did that, and it said it fixed it. However the version number remains 3.2.0.2070. My Kaspersky wants me to update to version 25.0.0.134. That update will still not run. Should I not worry about updating the app? It seems like I am pretty far behind in versions, so I didn't know if I need to work with it some more. Thank you.

Hi,Could you go to "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories" and run the Program Compatibility troubleshooter and select Adobe AIR and run the same. Thanks!
