Adobe air wont download

I play this game called league of legends(LoL), and while playing it i get this error about adobe air. I went to there suppport forums and they told me to reinstall it, so i figured it couldnt hurt. I went to go look for it, and it was no where to be found. This puzzled me... I thought maybe it got uninstalled somehow, and i tried to reinstall it. Only after i download it, nothing pops up. i click 'run' on the application that opens after the download, but nothing happens after that. Im not computer savvy, so am i just missing something?

i went to the folder i guess you call it, and tried to do the setup option(the installer doesnt load) and get a "could not acces network location(computed)... not sure what that means.
