Question

Adobe air wont download

I play this game called league of legends(LoL), and while playing it i get this error about adobe air. I went to there suppport forums and they told me to reinstall it, so i figured it couldnt hurt. I went to go look for it, and it was no where to be found. This puzzled me... I thought maybe it got uninstalled somehow, and i tried to reinstall it. Only after i download it, nothing pops up. i click 'run' on the application that opens after the download, but nothing happens after that. Im not computer savvy, so am i just missing something?

Hi Tyler,

Would you be interested in doing a desktop sharring session so I could take a look at what's happening with your system?  If so, please contact me at ccampbel@adobe.com and we'll schedule a time.

Thanks,

Chris
