Adobe Air wont install on windows 7 32bit

So iv read up on a bunch of posts non of which seem to help. I get an error message. the message is: "Sorry, an error has occurred" "An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator." ... no Air files have been installed on my machine and I don't know how to get the msi log files for further inquiry please help
