Adobe Muse Update Error#5100

How can I fix error code 5100 trying to update Adobe Muse? I also cannot update Adobe Air.

Hi Brenton,

The problem seems to be caused by the Adobe Air. Please try to fix the Adobe Air issue and you should be able to update the Muse then. For Adobe Air issue, Please refer to the following link http://helpx.adobe.com/air/kb/troubleshoot-air-installation-windows.html

I am on a Mac. I tried to uninstall Air and it won¹t let me. It will also

not let me reinstall it. The problem is not fixed.
