Adobe SDK is putting version descriptor in the XML file ?

Since I use SDK higher than 21 Adobe Flash CC is putting the version Tag into my descriptor ignoring the versionlabel and the versonenumber tags ?!!!

And i cannot publish dúe to this error.

Please help
