Adobe Tracker site not showing new submitted bugs

Can't seem to add the privacy bug to the tracker site. I had a bug reported on it but it seems gone. I tried twice, the site says successful submission but then it doesn't show on my home page. The bug is that the full name of the reporter is visible to anyone. This should be the screen name according to the privacy policy on the site.
