Adobeair

Adobe air exists in my mashine and has been downloaded and deleted several times and now a version of adobe air is in the mashine. AdobeAirInstaller functions.  I have tried to use 2 different email addresses and still the program jledwardianadventcalender.air cannot open. I have downloaded another similar file just for testing if there could  be problems with the file itself. Each time I get the same mesage that the program cannot open Flash functions and  therfore air should too. I have been in connection with the owner of the mentioned program and they state that Air must function when the program opens. I have Windows 7, 8 MB working memory and no problems with space on the harddisk.

I need help to find the cause of  this problem
