AdobeAIR / Samsung Galaxy TAB3 / Error -24

It is not possible to install AdobeAIR, I get the message error : <Erreur, code d'erreur inconnu lors de l'installation de l'application "-24">.
The Version I got the last week didn't work also.
It seams that I am not the only French guy who has the same probleme ( on forums and comment on Google PlayStore).

Each test didn't work, each time I did à OS HARD initialisation ( all the data was lost)
* I updated all the software and tried to install AIR
* I didn't update any software and tried to install AIR from AppStore only. Samsung acout wans't activated and Google tied to install only AIR
* I installaed the AIR BETA 4
