adobephotoshop CS5.1 installation problem.

Hello all, Good day!!

I am trying to install adobe photoshop CS 5.1 but am failing. After being installed for 98% it shows error and says that it could not install all the component such as: PS.And the error log is as fol:

i installed this sofware once and used nicely. But i had to have a factory setting of my pc and now i m undone. I had also contacted to adobe through live chat and they told me to create a new admin account and log on to that to install. But still I m undone. So anybody any idea?
