I am tyring to package up a air file to a apk file in windows 7 using the command pompt.

here is the command I run

adt -package -target apk -storetype pkcs12 -keystore DigitalCertificate.p12 myApp.apk MyApp.air

the cmd askes for my password, which I enter, and do so correctly, it is only 123 so I know I am not typing it wrong.

I get the following in the cmd

could not load keystore file (password may be incorrect)

usage:

     adt -checkstore SIGNING_OPTIONS

I created the p12 file in Flash Builder, I have tried createing multiple p12 files, and then I re build my .air file and try again, same thing everytime.  Does anyone have any idea?

Thanks

I'm having this issue still, using Air 27. Interestingly I get a valid password when I switch to using Java 1.6, I only get the error using 1.8. Any thoughts?

I am sure you must have done this but, Can you please check if the p12 file you mentioned in the command exists at that location with the same name ?

Yes, I checked, and I even browsed again to the same file.

Hi,

Could you run adt -checkstore -storetype pkcs12 -keystore <cert file> -provisioning-profile <mobile provisioning file> and check that you get "valid password" as result?

Thanks,

Sanika

I have the same problem, in addition to deployment errors:

AIR 2.7 does not work with CS5.5.
