ADT Licence File Reported as Invalid

Hello,

We bought a business license from harman almost 5 months ago. This activity is absolutely not our main source of income, but we still have to pay for this level of license because our other activities are exceeding $ 500K.

This license is marked as invalid on publication.
I didn't get any response from support other than the basic message saying they will respond within 10 business days.
However, this period has passed and I sent another message.
We have 8 applications in production and have several updates pending.

How is this situation possible?

What can we do ?
