Where is the AIR 19 release notes pdf?

I'm specifically looking for something relevant to the AIR 19.0.0.124 July 16 release.

    Every time they increment the build number it breaks the release notes link, and takes Adobe a day or so to fix it.  You'd think they'd stop doing this now that we're on version *19*
