Air 19 won't let me compile with Vibration.swc :(

Updated (from air 17 !) this morning - and get this error on compiling from my bat file.

error 109: Duplication extensionID element: com.adobe.Vibration

and It's not like I'm using two idential vibration swcs....

Has anyone else got this  - I'm not keep on continuing with an 9 month old Air build, but I DO love those Good Vibrations !
