Air 29 / EncryptedLocalStore internal error / "Adobe.APS"

I'm seeing the attached snap when using AIR 29 with the debugger.  Unable to ALLOW the following generic error occurs:

Error: EncryptedLocalStore internal error

  at flash.data::EncryptedLocalStore$/processErrorCode()

  at flash.data::EncryptedLocalStore$/getItem()

Ok, just tried again - I guess I didn't click "Always Allow" (somehow?!) - clicking "Allow" expects a password - clicking "Always Allow" without a password and the dialogue closes and the debugger runs as expected.
