Air 3.4 on Android 4.0.4

Hi,

We currently use air 3.4 in order to create an application for a mobile installation. It works perfectly on our personnal devices (android 4.0.3) but when we try on our client devices, which run on android 4.0.4 and it seems not compatible with air.

I searched on this forum without find any solution.

Is there any solution to work with air on android 4.0.4? Have you any pre-release for this android?

I have an app with thounsands downloads with air 3.4 on google play.

When I updated my Samsung Galaxy S2 with 4.0.4 android version, the app crashed after seconds of interactions. Debug and live versions.

I compiled with air 3.5 bet and it seems to work. But I cannot upload the new version to Google Play since 3.5 is in beta.

What to do?

I'm sorry this happened. We'd like to take a look at this. First thing to do would be to add a bug report over at bugbase.adobe.com and include any sample code and application so that we can reproduce the problem internally. If you'd like to keep the code/app private, please feel free to send it to me directly at ccampbel@adobe.com. Once added please post back with the bug number and I'll follow up internally.

After I restarted the phone everything came back to normal (and updated to 3.5).

I am sorry I rushed into shouting on the forum.

I don't know of any 4.0.4 specific issues that might cause this. Could you please open a new bug report on this over at bugbase.adobe.com? If possible, include your app so we can try this out internally. If you'd like to keep the app private, feel free to email it to me directly at ccampbel. Please post back with the URL so that I can follow up internally and others affected can add their comments and votes.

Not sure if it works but can you try AIR 3.5 beta from labs.adobe.com and see if it still show same problem?
