Air 3.8 doesn't fire orientation change event when rotate left/right on android.

Air 3.8 runtime dosn't fire orientation change event when rotate left/right on android. The debugger showed that the orientation change event only fires for upsidedown. But the before orientation is default while after orientation is upsidedown. I have tested it on at least five different phones. They all work the same.

After several hours' test and research, I think I found the solution. If auto orientation is needed, no aspect ratio can be specified in deployment descriptor or programtically set.
