Can anyone tell me if Air 3.9 is compatible with OS X Mavericks 10.9? I have two keyword applications that are crashing now that I hve updated. - Rusty

+1

LTP 2.4.6 crashes everytime.

I even downloaded a trial version to see if my copy was the problem, but had no positive results.

It should be.  I run a few AIR apps daily on my 10.9 install and haven't run into a problem.  Could you email (ccampbel@adobe.com) me your applications so I can test them out?  If you haven't already, I'd also recommend opening a new bug report at bugbase.adobe.com so we can get this formally into our system.

Thanks,

Chris

You can DL the application here

http://www.longtailpro.com/download/LongTailProTrial.zip

It needs a free account (just provide an email) at their website.

Thanks

Unfortunately I've been unable to reproduce this problem using the trial mode.  I've reached out to longtailpro to see if they have any ideas what could be going wrong.  However, Rusty reported back via email that he "deleted out my stored Google credentials and input new ones.  That seemed to fix the problem."  If possible, give that a try to see if it helps.
