AIR 31 & FLVPlayback on Windows Issue

Hi there!

My group creates graphics for TV and movie productions, using Adobe Animate & Air to play them back on set.

Right now we have found an issue with MP4 files and FLVPlayback specifically on Windows, the combination is unreliable and results in app crashes consistently.

To get it to crash, install & run. Hit enter to begin playback, then repeatedly hit enter (fast) to cycle between the 3 video feeds (these are all MP4 videos, being played back with FLVPlayback internally).

It will crash within seconds.

We are using Air 31, and windows 10. It crashes on a variety of machines.

Of note: This same app does not crash on a Mac; while it takes a while for all those cue changes to catch up, once it does it just keeps playing the video as expected.

Please let me know how I can help resolve this issue...we have a rather large movie coming up that we are intending to use our system on, and would like to trust playback on windows computers!
