AIR 32.0.0.103 - Video not playing with NetStream on Desktop

Hello there,

ver 32.0.0.103 fixed NetStream issue on iOS, but broke NetStream play from a local file on Desktop.

Just try to load any video stored locally, and it will report:

{level:status, code:NetStream.Play.Start}

{level:status, code:NetStream.Play.Failed}

{level:status, code:NetStream.Play.Stop}

Both behavior on windows and Mac.

Same test with 32.0.0.89 and video plays perfectly.

If you can't reproduce I can setup a test environment for you.

But this is consistent, same project for desktop I need to use an olderversion of AIR.
