AIR 4.0 IOS distrubtion build

When publishing distribution IOS app air 4.0 beta published app is malfunctioning. More specificlly the videos attached from a server do not show up, certain buttons are malfunctioning and the combo boxes in two sections dont function at all.  When using older AIR SDK such as 3.4 with the same certificate and provisioning profile. it works fine but apple does not allow older builds to pass their review. Anyone else have this problem?
