Air application with embedded runtime problem

Hi,

I have an application in which the Air runtime is embedded.  A user is reporting that when launching the program, they receive the message that "Adobe Air is not updated".  Any ideas?

Not that I can think of.  What OS are they running?  Do they have the shared runtime also installed?
