AIR Crash on Windows

We are running into a problem with the AIR runtime crashing on Windows.  We have a full scale ERP system that we have developed in Flex.  That application has been running very smoothly for our customers until we recently came across an issue where the application is crashing.  We suspect that the AIR runtime is what is causing the crash.

The crash message is very cryptic and not helpful at all.  We get a message that says "Capstone.exe has stopped working".  That is basically all.

Its not repeatable using the same steps, and it appears to be somewhat random.

Here are some questions:

1.  Is there anything out there that we can use that will help us trouble shoot the issue?

2.  Does the AIR runtime provide any logging or additional ways to get more info about the crash?
