AIR crashes while opening pdf

AIR runtime crashes when opening pdf (flex AIR application)

this issue only in some machines and issue may be fixed automatically after restart the machine etc

Is there a way to check acrobat crashed or not before opening a pdf? or is there any better way to handle this issue

AIR -- 26.0

Acrobat DC . 17.0

OS windows 7

Flex -- issue is there with both html loader and <mx:Html controls

Issue occurance : only in some machines and an application restart fixes issue some times
