Hello,

When I try to install an Air Aplication in my computar I got the following error:

Sorry, an error has occurred.

This aplication could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obteining a new installer file from the application author.

The strange thing is that I can install the same file in another computer without any problem and can not install any Air Application in this Computer.

Unfortunettly I have to run this applpication on the computer it's not working once it's completelly configurated in Hordware and Software.

Please, could somebody help me about this issue...

I have searched and tryied anything I could...

Thanks in advanced...

Vinicius / Brazil.

If this program is already installed, could you try uninstalling it first then manually check to see if the folder in Program Files is deleted?

If it continues to occur, please post back with your installer logs so we can take a look.

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Rich,

Is this your application's install log?  If so, and it's within a year of your cert expiring, please see this document for details on migrating to a new cert:
