[air for android] no video on android device

Hi all,

I'm creating an android app that will run on an android tv (android 4.2).

I'm using animate cc 2015 and I'm publishing using the AIR 20.0 for Android Settings.

The app contains a video (imported as mp4).

The app works perfectly on desktop (windows 7) or in the animate cc preview.

But once I publish the APK and install it on the android tv the app simply doesn't show the video. All other app buttons and actions work ok.

I just double checked the video path and I added the video and other files to the AIR publish dialog box.

But the video component doesn't display on android TV.

How can I solve this?

Hi slog70,

Thanks for reporting the issue.

Could you please try uploading your application using some other video formats as: FLV, F4V or MPEG video and share the behaviour.

And also provide a little information about code as if you are using stageVideo to play video in your application?
