AIR install on Win 7 gets "1603" error

Detects Vista not Windows 7.   Doesn't seem to get to MSI.   I ran the MS "Fix it" and that didn't find anything.

Interesting, my first guess is folder permission issues.  Could you try creating a new, test user account and see if you can install the runtime from there?
