Air installs in wrong language

On OS 10.9(Mavericks) I installed the AIR installer through a install badge on a Norwegian web site. I have Norwegian language set on my OS X, but Adobe AIR is set to Dutch. There's nothing on my computer that is set to Dutch language. I tried to run the Adobe Air Uninstaller, and reinstall it but I still get Dutch.

Why is this happening, and it there a way to solve this?
