AIR Post-Installation Problem

Immediately after installation / re-installation of Adobe air, the program appears to work fine until re-start. After re-start I get an error message, "Unexpected Publisher ID is found for this application. Try re-installing or contacting the publisher for assistance". Using Windows 7. What do I do now?
