AIR SDK 16.0.0.283 : iOS - StageAspectRatio Bug

This bug happens when starting with one orientation then changing to another.

I have logged it here:

Bug#3925510 - iOS - StageAspectRatio Bug

When the application changes the aspect ratio, the display and values are correct (fullScreenWidth and fullScreenHeight) but the UI does not report events anymore.

It seems that internally the UI events are still checking for the older orientation values.

This has been fixed in the latest SDK 17 beta.

The problem is that it is not listed as fixed in the release notes (although it was in the known issues in the previous beta iteration).
