Hi Guys,

I really need your help.

I have been working on an Air ios app for the last months. I have build the app with 14.0.0.137 and that seems to work fine.

However today i upgraded to 15.0.0.249 and still it works fine in the Flash CC IDE.

But when I install in on an device the app installs allright but when I run the app all it shows me is a blank/white screen !

Any help is greatly appriciated..I am totally lost here.

Thanks in advance.

/Henry

Hi,

Thanks for reporting the issue. Could you please send sample app to govindag@adobe.com so that we can investigate the root cause ?

Also please try packaging with following command.

Thanks

Hi Govinda

Thanx alot for getting involved

Is something missing in your answer above....... ("Also please try packaging with following command.")... ?

I am developing using Flash Pro CC..Im not sure if I can compile with commands ?

Best

Henry

If you read this long thread:

Need to submit iPad app today [HELP]

you'll see how you can get the command line that Flash Pro uses.

Back to your main issue here, what happens if you do a debug test movie, onto the device? Generally you only get blank screens if a script error happens, and doing a debug test might show what line is failing.
