air team MIA? adobe bug tracker site broken?

I've been waiting for some direction or guidance for months on a critical bug:Embedding otf font broken in air 30 and air 29

The bug I entered into the tracker has been deleted or the tracker site is broken in that my bugs reported are gone.

Can anyone from the adobe air team provide me some direction on this issue? I currently cannot compile my project with the air 30 or 29.

Don't know about your report, but I checked one of mine, and tracker seems to be working.

Hi Colin,

I just refreshed and the issues are now showing. Not sure why it said zero before. I refreshed a bunch of times before and it just said zero.

Also, the tracker site has a rather big bug. I've tried reporting it but I haven't had any luck with replies. The privacy is broken such that if you open a tracker issue page, the reporter tag reveals the full first and last name of the adobe id associated with the post.

I see an adobe team member has sent a comment on my issue to clarify some testing parameters. Which is great!

Only thing is, I didn't receive any notification a comment was made on my issue, which I didn't notice until now (the comment is over a week old now). Do you know if there's a way to receive notifications on open tracker bugs?

I haven't seen an option to subscribe to updates, but I do get them anyway.
