Air uploads like an icon that looks like a hard drive.MAC 10.7.5

I'm on a Mac. I've uploaded Air several times and get the same icon. Then I uninstalled to see if I could upload fresh. I get this icon, it looks like a hard drive. I tried several times does anyone know I need this in order to use an online software. thanks

I need to add that when I click on the red installer nothing happens. I get the list of open, show contents package etc as if it were a dvd or cd.
